I have to be honest, I was not the easiest customer to have. I had a total of three different scheduled appointments to get my windshield replaced due to family emergencies that came up. However, every interaction with the service gentleman as well as the representatives were fantastic. These wonderful people were caring, professional, timely, and friendly. The representatives were incredibly patient with me with all my rescheduling. Likewise, the service gentleman was very well informed in his work and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his care. Altogether, this experience has been more than I could have hoped for. Prolite did a quick and professional job replacing my windshield. The technician who did the job was friendly and professional. Six months on, I have not at any issues at all with the new windshield. I would not hesitate to recommend Prolite or use them again in the future.

I would recommend this company to anyone! Setting up my appointment was super easy, Jamie walked me through the whole process and helped me call my insurance to file my windshield replacement. The tech came to my house, which is pretty far, in Gilbert South of the 202. The install took about 30 minutes and I was given my rebate check of $115 right then and there. This company helped our family have a very merry Christmas 🙂

I was fortunate enough to find these folks via Google search. They came to my job and were courteous and professional and made the entire experience painless. Prolite Auto Glass was awesome! The windshield they put in was so clear and and looked so good on my car. They even put the rear view mirror in the right because the last place to replace the windshield put it too high. I was very happy with their service. The girl on the phone was so nice and helpful. Upon calling, the receptionist was very helpful; she even help with contacting my insurance company and did follow up texts with me to ensure everything was taken care of. The office rep quickly verified my insurance information and set up my appointment. The service tech was right on time and called ahead to let me know when to expect him. I think he took a total of maybe 30 or 40 minutes and then gave me easy 24hr instructions to ensure the windshield would hold. And they gave me a check afterward.

This was the third time using this company and it has been great each time. They work with American Family Insurance and make it easy to do. They call them for you while on the phone, you answer a few questions and that is it. Once the call ends, American Family sends a link to download an app so you can upload photos of the damaged windshield. Once completed, Prolite calls you back to setup an appointment. It takes about 30 mins to complete the installation. Luckily for me I did qualify for a cash rebate of $120. Would recommend and use again on my next replacement.

I recently had a large crack in my windshield and unfortunately my deductible for a full replacement was $500. However, Prolite was able to give me cash back and my total cost was only $350. I was thrilled to pay less than my deductible, especially because other glass companies gave me much higher quotes.At such a low cost, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service. Prolite traveled 25 minutes to my apartment in order to do the replacement, and my windshield is now back to perfect condition. I have had no issues with it since the replacement, but it is comforting knowing that there is a lifetime warranty. Furthermore, each employee I spoke with was extremely kind and professional. I will definitely be using Prolite for future windshield cracks.

Highly recommend! Scheduling was easy, they were able to send a technician to my place of work and replace my windshield. All of the employees I spoke with were very friendly and professional. Most importantly, cost effective! Even paying out of pocket was not bad at all. They tend to get booked with appointments very frequently, as I had to wait a week before my vehicle was serviced. I spoke to Leticia when I called in and she was absolutely wonderful to speak with. She was professional, friendly and made the process incredibly easy with my insurance company. The glass company I used prior was not proficient with the necessary extra parts my vehicle needed with the window replacement, which resulted in a bust job. Prolite knew the specs of my vehicle without me having to tell them and made sure they had the parts in stock before they even made my appointment. I do not remember my technician's name, but he was great. He called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, and then again when he was out front. He was on time, professional and friendly. The best part is you get money back! I highly recommend Prolite and will use them again in the future.

1st time I used Prolite auto Glass. They were actually early on the Appointment. The did call me head and say they were going to early. But when they arrived turned out they had the wrong windshield. The tech said they would make a phone and order the correct one. They also then called back said the had the correct windshield and we're on the way back to install. Prior to replacing the front windshield they notified me with the day and time the tech was going to be at my home. Very impressed with the a notification a half hour prior to arrival, and followed with him arriving on time. He told me what was required for him to complete the replacement of my windshield and explained what I needed to do over the next couple of days. He told me that it would take about 30 minutes for the replacement, which was absolutely true and he was on his way. Very

I have had a streak of bad luck with windshields this year. Prolite Auto Glass had to replace my glass twice. Both times, they were quick to get me scheduled, called ahead to let me know they were on the way and was very careful not scratch or damage my car while doing an excellent job installing my windshields. I drive a lot on the highways here in Arizona, as many will know that means a ton of cracked or chipped windshields. I found ProLite years ago and they have done several replacements and fixes on my cars. I had heard of another place being advertised all over the radio and dinner with the replacement, let me say biggest mistake of my life to try someone else. ProLite not only fixed the other companies screw up, but they fixed my other cars windshield. I know they give rebates, that isn't the reason I go to ProLite. They are fast, friendly and do the job right. If you need a replacement on repair trust ProLite to do it right. They are my go to company, learned my lesson once and won't try anyone else

I'm a fan. Was able to get my windshield about 6 weeks early. Worked around my schedule and came to my house for the replacement. Carlos called to let me know when he'd be there. Top-notch service! The tech was out on time to replace my windshield. I did notice soon after that driving that my rear-view mirror was a little loose and my windshield wiper blades would make a noise every time, I turned on the ignition. So, I worked closely with Princess, and she was able to get him back out quickly to fix both of the issues. They work great now, and I love the extremely clear view through my windshield.

Very nice installation and installers, very professional clean workmanship, the installers had a lot of patience taking out the original glass on a 2002 Silverado after enduring 16 years of Nevada and Arizona heat, all molding on glass and doors seem fine with no wind leakage which surprised me, highly recommended Prolite glass for any install. We all know the importance to have car insurance and definitely to include a wind shield coverage, as rocks could damage our windows while driving that could lead into dangerous road hazards. Insurance replacement for windshields for both of our vehicles. Couldn't have gone better. Scheduling was easy, the guy came at the beginning of the window, called about 15 minutes before arrival, he got right to work on both vehicles, even reattached my after market auto start remote thing (first and only company to do that). Insurance cash back offer thing was super fair and was provided via check before he departed. Will use them again since this is AZ and there's rocks on the freeways... and the other companies we have tried so far were much harder to deal with.

My windshield needed replaced and I had contacted a few companies and pro lite made the process easy and fast. They were at my house the next day, it only took 30 min to replace my windshield and once they were finished they handed me a check. I guess that if you have full glass coverage with a zero deductible then some companies offer incentives. This was the only company who paid at time of service where other companies expect you to wait 2 weeks. The only thing that I would change is that they pay in cash instead of check because to cash it costs $8. But they were great

I found Prolite after an internet search. I chatted online with their rep. He was quick to respond and straight forward. I asked if they were a Progressive 'preferred vendor'. Instead of sidestepping the question he replied honestly and stated they were not. But he assured me they would accept the payment that Progressive provided and my cost would be zero. This was all at about 9 am on a Friday morning. I asked if they could fit me in that day. Like I really thought it would happen! To my surprise they said they would be at my office later in the afternoon. I set my claim up on Progressive and they contacted them shortly after. My claims rep at Progressive joked that the ink wasn't even dry and I was already getting great glass service! About 3:20 pm that day 2 very professional employees showed up and by 3:47 pm my new window was in my vehicle! These people are professional and they kept their word. Excellent company for glass replacement!

Everything went quickly and smoothly with my windshield replacement. I sent a request online, and I got a response in an hour. I was able to get a next day appointment which was helpful given the large crack that was developing. I sat through a quick phone call with my insurance company, and that was it.Two men came to my house the next day well within the time quoted. The is the second glass claim I have had in the last year. Prolite Auto Glass by far performed way better then the last company I used. They were able to track down my correct windshield in a matter of minutes and had me scheduled for an appointment two days later(rain in forecast for next day). Office staff was great! I don't think its possible to have a better experience with an auto repair business than what I had with ProLite. I found them through Yelp when a rock put a giant crack in my windshield. I reached out to several auto glass repair shops, and ProLite was the first to respond. Nick then called me the next day to help me set everything up with my insurance and made the appointment for the next day. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I ended up having to reschedule to the following week, and again Nick called to confirm everything with me and ensure it all worked with my schedule.When I arrived to Prolite I had my 3 year old and 10 month old in tow - not the best circumstances for getting work done to your car. But Nick met me in the parking lot, HELPED ME CARRY MY STROLLER UP THE STAIRS for us to relax in their lobby, and even offered the lobby television up to us to help entertain the kiddos.It look a total of 90 minutes, 30 minutes less than what he quoted me, and the other guy who was working on my car once again HELPED ME CARRY MY CHILD AND STROLLER DOWN THE STAIRS.
