From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, I knew I made the right choice to have my cracked windshield replaced. Carlos was fast, clean, on time, and professional. There was a little bit of small talk and then it was down to business! He said he should be done in 20 minutes. At 15 minutes, he was giving me the care instructions and he was on his way... I spent hours calling around getting quotes that were rough on anyones budget. Replacing a windshield can be pretty pricey. I drive a lot on the highways here in Arizona, as many will know that means a ton of cracked or chipped windshields. I found ProLite years ago and they have done several replacements and fixes on my cars. I had heard of another place being advertised all over the radio and dinner with the replacement, let me say biggest mistake of my life to try someone else. ProLite not only fixed the other companies screw up, but they fixed my other cars windshield. I know they give rebates, that isn't the reason I go to ProLite. They are fast, friendly and do the job right. If you need a replacement on repair trust ProLite to do it right. They are my go to company, learned my lesson once and won't try anyone else

I don't think its possible to have a better experience with an auto repair business than what I had with ProLite. I found them through Yelp when a rock put a giant crack in my windshield. I reached out to several auto glass repair shops, and ProLite was the first to respond. Nick then called me the next day to help me set everything up with my insurance and made the appointment for the next day. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I ended up having to reschedule to the following week, and again Nick called to confirm everything with me and ensure it all worked with my schedule.When I arrived to Prolite I had my 3 year old and 10 month old in tow - not the best circumstances for getting work done to your car. But Nick met me in the parking lot, HELPED ME CARRY MY STROLLER UP THE STAIRS for us to relax in their lobby, and even offered the lobby television up to us to help entertain the kiddos.It look a total of 90 minutes, 30 minutes less than what he quoted me, and the other guy who was working on my car once again HELPED ME CARRY MY CHILD AND STROLLER DOWN THE STAIRS. He waited patiently while I buckled the kids back into the car, all the while commiserating with me about his own kiddos. The entire experience was honestly just lovely. I never thought I'd use that word to describe a windshield repair, but it was.I had absolutely no stress through the entire experience and couldn't recommend them higher. Top-notch service! The tech was out on time to replace my windshield. I did notice soon after that driving that my rear-view mirror was a little loose and my windshield wiper blades would make a noise every time, I turned on the ignition. So, I worked closely with Princess, and she was able to get him back out quickly to fix both of the issues. They work great now, and I love the extremely clear view through my windshield.

I have gotten my windshield replaced with Prolite exclusively for the last 4 years or so, and they always do a fantastic job. They always get back to me quickly and schedule me within a day or two every time. Even if they have to special order my windshield, they do it quickly and are communicative throughout the process. The technicians are always speedy, knowledgeable, and professional. Sometimes, as a woman, getting work done on my car can be a bad experience as some businesses can take advantage of those who may not know a lot about cars. I’ve had many mechanics try to upsell me unnecessary products or services, but Prolite has proven themselves to be trustworthy and dependable from day one. I recommend them to everyone who asks, and I can safely say that I’ll be a customer as long as they’re around!

We all know the importance to have car insurance and definitely to include a wind shield coverage, as rocks could damage our windows while driving that could lead into dangerous road hazards. Our car's wind shield got broken by a few rocks at the same time but thank God no danger to my husband who were driving. We call our insurance company to confirm that we are covered to replace a broken glass and start looking around for a good, trustworthy Auto Glass company to hire. We've made many calls and listen too plenty "fairy tales" from many auto repair companies and couldn't believe what there are a lot of dishonest companies around who's only goal is to get your business, without even thinking about customer's satisfaction first. I won't mention those companies names, but it wasn't a pleasant experience at all, but amongst those many bad ones we were lucky enough to found ONE GREAT company to hire: ProLite Auto Glass, owned by Nick O'Donnell: premiereautoglass.com. Calling their office: 480-525-6554, I talk to the office Manager her name is Jammie. She have made me feel very comfortable, taking the time from her busy work schedule to explain me how the procedure works, and even offered to call to follow up on our conversation without any pressure. Next day I call ProLite Auto Glass and talk to Leticia Garcia,Office: (480) 525-6554825 W Warner Rd #6Chandler, AZ 85225. What a great and polite lady she is! I've informed her about my conversation with the Manager, she immediately pooled our information from their system, call three way to our car Insurance company which is Progressive: progressive.com and all the magic began. The insurance Agent was highly professional, have clearly explained to me the details without any hidden gimmicks and we quickly moved forward towards a replacement of the broken wind shield. I've reciewed an email confirmation from Leticia at ProLite Auto Glass, confirming the next day appointment and was told that their technicians will call me about 30 min prior scheduled time. Very next day I've got a phone call from Fred and Phill, they have informed me that they are on the way and YES in 30 min two professional looking man were next to our house front door to do the work on the broken wind shield. Fred and Phill greeted me very kindly being extremely polite, asking how is my day going and sharing with me step-by-step how the replacement will be done and in about 45 min or so they have finished working on the replacement. I have to tell you that these two highly professional guys worked very fast and hard, it was 100 degree outside. Every step they have done being polished to the perfection, they even put an extra protection tape on the new glass to insure that it will glue and seal the glass smoothly on our Porshe, giving me the instruction not to wash and remove the tape in the next 24 hours, cutting the rebate check. We are very happy customers and thankful to ProLite Auto Glass for outstanding customer services and excellent work they have done, and happy to write this review to recommend them. The office rep quickly verified my insurance information and set up my appointment. The service tech was right on time and called ahead to let me know when to expect him. I think he took a total of maybe 30 or 40 minutes and then gave me easy 24hr instructions to ensure the windshield would hold. And they gave me a check afterward.

I live in Chandler Az and take the freeways for work and windshield glass breakage is an all too common occurrence in Az. I have had bad experiences in the past with BIG NAME glass repair shops who were contracted by my insurance. This time when I has to change the windshield, I decided to explore what options were there. The previous installer would not give me an OEM windshield and installed a cheaper version. I saw PROLITE's ad in their webpage for glass replacements and they were running cash back specials. I was a bit skeptic as to how this will work as my previous experiences were not great. I spoke to , I believe it was Nick, and he answered all my questions regarding the glass and when I told him I needed an OEM model for the glass, he willingly said that it is all they install in all their work. They contacted my insurance and set up a time to meet me at work. The tech guy Anthony, arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised to see meticulous work and excellent quality of glass, not to mention the cash back part. In all it was a very nice experience. This was the third time using this company and it has been great each time. They work with American Family Insurance and make it easy to do. They call them for you while on the phone, you answer a few questions and that is it. Once the call ends, American Family sends a link to download an app so you can upload photos of the damaged windshield. Once completed, Prolite calls you back to setup an appointment. It takes about 30 mins to complete the installation. Luckily for me I did qualify for a cash rebate of $120. Would recommend and use again on my next replacement.

Very impressed with the a notification a half hour prior to arrival, and followed with him arriving on time. I have used many auto glass companies over the years. Prolite has been the best experience by far. I spoke in detail with the installer. he mentioned how the company doesn't overload the installers schedule so they have time to do each job right, and not be rushed so they can complete the days scheduled jobs. They also come to you an work with you on your schedule.I had to replace two vehicles windshields, out in Maricopa earoly morning on a Saturday. Great process! Quick text, a few follow up details and appointment that worked for me. Technician (Michael) was fast, completed all requests, and car was clean after ( I mention this because of spills or debris left in car from others in past). Would highly recommend company.

I recently had a large crack in my windshield and unfortunately my deductible for a full replacement was $500. However, Prolite was able to give me cash back and my total cost was only $350. I was thrilled to pay less than my deductible, especially because other glass companies gave me much higher quotes.At such a low cost, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service. Prolite traveled 25 minutes to my apartment in order to do the replacement, and my windshield is now back to perfect condition. I have had no issues with it since the replacement, but it is comforting knowing that there is a lifetime warranty. Furthermore, each employee I spoke with was extremely kind and professional. I’ve used ProLite twice and both times they have been seriously amazing. They’re patient when you call in and they happily got my windshield replaced within just a few days of scheduling! They showed up at my place of business and rearranged their busy schedule to accommodate me. Work done well and rebate check issued on the spot. I also had the chance (unfortunately) to "test" the quality of their glass. On my way home I got stuck behind a big gravel truck, and, sure enough, a rock came flying my way and hit low and dead center in my windshield...it sounded like a shot! 1st time I used Prolite auto Glass. They were actually early on the Appointment. The did call me head and say they were going to early. But when they arrived turned out they had the wrong windshield. The tech said they would make a phone and order the correct one. They also then called back said the had the correct windshield and we're on the way back to install. I have used ProLite in the past and wanted to use them again... However, I could not remember their name. I actually called about four different window companies and asked the rep if I had in the past had a windshield replaced? I finally found ProLite again and used them for the third time now. I am very pleased with their service and the techs have been fantastic. They are prompt, courteous and professional. When they called and said they were minutes away, they showed up and began to change out the windshield. I would recommend to family and friends anytime. Everything went quickly and smoothly with my windshield replacement. I sent a request online, and I got a response in an hour. I was able to get a next day appointment which was helpful given the large crack that was developing. I sat through a quick phone call with my insurance company, and that was it.Two men came to my house the next day well within the time quoted. They got the windshield in, and all I had to do was sign off that I received my rebate check. It's not too often someone pays you to repair your car.I'd recommend them for sure!

My windshield needed replaced and I had contacted a few companies and pro lite made the process easy and fast. They were at my house the next day, it only took 30 min to replace my windshield and once they were finished they handed me a check. I guess that if you have full glass coverage with a zero deductible then some companies offer incentives. This was the only company who paid at time of service where other companies expect you to wait 2 weeks. The only thing that I would change is that they pay in cash instead of check because to cash it costs $8. But they were great

I highly recommend Jordan from Prolite Auto Glass!! Not only did he show up earlier than expected, he was very professional and courteous and he had my windshield replaced in no time. You could tell he knew what he was doing and ensured he left my car exactly the way it was prior to service. I've had other techs from other companies come out and after they leave I have to vacuum my car out or pickup remnants of black glue left behind. I spoke to Leticia when I called in and she was absolutely wonderful to speak with. She was professional, friendly and made the process incredibly easy with my insurance company. The glass company I used prior was not proficient with the necessary extra parts my vehicle needed with the window replacement, which resulted in a bust job. Prolite knew the specs of my vehicle without me having to tell them and made sure they had the parts in stock before they even made my appointment. I called Prolite about replacing my front windshield and was able to get someone out the next day. The insurance took care of the claim and I received a $100 rebate check instantly after the windshield was installed. The installation took less than an hour and they are mobile. I requested to have the installer call me 30 minutes prior and he did which was a thumbs up. I highly recommend you drivers spend a few extra bucks to buy zero deductible windshield insurance as it is a must here in AZ.

One word - Amazing! I called in the morning after realizing my windshield had a huge crack the day before. They immediately checked the stock and confirmed availability and called my insurance and worked out all the details and I got an appointment set the same day between 12 and 4 PM. My wife called me up all nervous that the windshield cracked in her SUV, and thought that it was going to cost us a lot of money. I knew we had $0 deductible glass coverage, so I wasn't worried. I was however determined to find a glass shop that was reputable, professional, and offering some sort of incentive that I could put to use.So many glass shops offer free hotel stays, and other kinds of garbage as sales incentives, but I was looking for cash rebates or gift cards to somewhere I could use. Luckily I found these guys, who were on-time, professional, clean, and presented me with my refund check ON-THE-SPOT.Read the reviews of other places offering rebates on windshield installs, and you will find that many of them will not pay you until 90+ days AFTER they get paid, which takes up to 30 days on its own. Plus some of the others make you send in the rebate forms etc. Nothing is easier than a check in your hand on the spot, and that's what these guys brought me.My wife had a blast at the mall with her rebate, and the windshield looks as good as new. Nick at Prolite is great! We had to get the windshield and side window replaced on one of our company vehicles, an '89 GMC pickup, and found out it still had the original windshield!! Needless to say, it gave them trouble every inch of the way. They did finally get it done, in a timely manner, even with all the issues, as well as one of the guys busting up his knuckles pretty drastically. The prices are very reasonable, and I've met the Owner, Nick, on multiple occasions. He's a great guy to deal with, and an avid businessman. I'd refer Prolite any day of the week!

Just had my windshield replaced on my Jeep and had a very positive experience with Prolite. I was referred to them from a friend and read their reviews before I called (I'm one of those people) and liked what I saw. Jessica helped me open my claim with Progressive and had me scheduled for install within 36 hours. Anthony, tech, called me 30 min before their scheduled window and told me they were on the way. Anthony and Nicole were very professional and polite. I could tell Anthony did quality work by the way he explained some bubbling on the rubber below the broken windshield and how would make it look better. Install only took about 30 min and best of all, they came to my work and did it. Very pleased and will recommend Prolite to friends and family. Also, got paid $150 on the spot! Jeff H.

These guys were as good as it gets for glass replacement. I had them out for two replacements, and Acura and a BMW. They walked me through the process, stayed online during the conversations with my insurance company, and were on time. We did a walk around on the vehicle, pre-inspected the glass, and had detail instructions on leaving. I like that they stand by their product with a warranty and are only a phone call away. Overall I would highly recommend them for your glass replacement.

It was super easy to set up an appointment and communication was easy through text. They started the insurance claim for me and helped facilitate contact with the insurance company. They were able to respond remotely to my place of work within the week. I had a full windshield replacement and the technician was done in 20 minutes. Would recommend and use them again.

I recently had an insurance replacement done through ProLite. Living in Arizona, I have had my fair share of broken windshields from whatever freeway detritus seems to be flying around. Prolite was able to schedule my replacement within 2 days, they came to my house to install, their installers were actually early (and called, as asked, to give me a heads up they were on the way). The entire process was painless, and I even got a check for a kickback from the insurance. Special shoutout to my installers for actually taking the time to put the dashmat back on-this is actually the only company I have used that has taken the time to do that. It's a little thing, but it shows attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I'll use these guys again when I have the need.

Insurance replacement for windshields for both of our vehicles. Couldn't have gone better. Scheduling was easy, the guy came at the beginning of the window, called about 15 minutes before arrival, he got right to work on both vehicles, even reattached my after market auto start remote thing (first and only company to do that). Insurance cash back offer thing was super fair and was provided via check before he departed. Will use them again since this is AZ and there's rocks on the freeways... and the other companies we have tried so far were much harder to deal with.

I don't even know where to start! This company is amazing and have constantly exceeded my expectations. This is my second time going to Prolite and who wouldn't when you get great service and a generous rebate. Last week my glass was shattered by a rock on the freeway and they even cleaned the glass pieces that went into my car from the impact. I was even more impressed that they came to my work the same day and left my car in perfect condition! Take a recommendation from me and just call them and tell them Karla Soto sent you! They pointed out errors made by another very well known company from a previous replacement. I could see the difference when they finushed. They were fast too! I found Prolite after an internet search. I chatted online with their rep. He was quick to respond and straight forward. I asked if they were a Progressive 'preferred vendor'. Instead of sidestepping the question he replied honestly and stated they were not. But he assured me they would accept the payment that Progressive provided and my cost would be zero. This was all at about 9 am on a Friday morning. I asked if they could fit me in that day. Like I really thought it would happen! To my surprise they said they would be at my office later in the afternoon. I set my claim up on Progressive and they contacted them shortly after. My claims rep at Progressive joked that the ink wasn't even dry and I was already getting great glass service! About 3:20 pm that day 2 very professional employees showed up and by 3:47 pm my new window was in my vehicle! These people are professional and they kept their word. Excellent company for glass replacement!
